3. Payment Policy
Payment can be made through the available payment methods provided by Bali Beta Tour & Transport. Full payment or a deposit may be required depending on the service booked.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service may be subject to cancellation fees.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows or unused services.
5. Changes to Bookings
Requests for itinerary changes or rescheduling are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate changes whenever possible.
6. Tour and Transportation Services

7. Customer Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for:
- Providing accurate booking information.
- Arriving on time at the agreed pickup location.
- Following safety instructions provided by drivers, guides, or activity operators.
- Respecting local customs, traditions, and regulations.
8. Liability
Bali Beta Tour & Transport is not responsible for delays, injuries, loss of personal belongings, accidents, natural disasters, government restrictions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
9. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all guests obtain appropriate travel insurance covering personal injury, medical expenses, cancellations, and loss of belongings.
10. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for reservation and service purposes. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except when required to fulfill your booking.
11. Force Majeure
Bali Beta Tour & Transport shall not be held liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government regulations, strikes, pandemics, or transportation disruptions.
